This policy explains what information Throughline (“we”, “us”) collects, how we use it, and the choices you have. We keep data collection to the minimum needed to sell and deliver the Product and to run our ads.

• Purchase details — when you buy, our checkout provider (Lemon Squeezy) collects your name, email, and payment information. We receive your name and email and a record of the purchase; we never receive or store your full card number.
• Communications — if you email us, we keep that correspondence to provide support.
• Usage & advertising data — like most sites, we may use analytics and advertising tools (for example, the Meta pixel) that collect anonymous or pseudonymous information such as pages visited and actions taken, via cookies and similar technologies.

How we use your information

• To process your purchase and deliver the Product;
• To provide support and respond to your messages;
• To send you essential messages about your purchase, and — only if you opt in — occasional updates;
• To measure and improve our marketing, including the performance of ads on platforms like Facebook and Instagram.

Payment processing

Checkout and payments are handled by Lemon Squeezy, our merchant of record, which processes your payment under its own privacy policy and security standards. We do not store your card information.

Advertising

We advertise on Meta platforms (Facebook and Instagram) and may use the Meta pixel to understand which ads lead to purchases and to show relevant ads. These tools may set cookies and share limited event data with Meta. You can manage ad personalization in your Meta account settings and control cookies in your browser.

Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with the service providers that make this business run — such as our payment processor, email/delivery provider, and advertising and analytics platforms — and only as needed to provide those services, or when required by law.

Your rights

Depending on where you live (for example, under GDPR or CCPA/CPRA), you may have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal information, or to opt out of certain processing. To make a request, email contact@throughlineframework.co and we'll respond as required by applicable law.

Data retention

We keep purchase records for as long as needed to provide support, handle any refunds, and meet legal and accounting obligations, then delete or anonymize them.

Children

The Product is intended for working professionals and is not directed to anyone under 16. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
