Terms & Refund Policy

These terms govern your purchase and use of Throughline (“the Product”), a digital career-development framework sold by Phill Farrugia (“we”, “us”). By purchasing, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't buy or use the Product.

What you're buying

Throughline is a digital product delivered as a downloadable PDF guide and a companion Claude skill. It is sold for a one-time fee of $39 (or the promotional price shown at checkout). No physical goods are shipped.

Payment

Checkout is handled by Lemon Squeezy, our merchant of record, which processes payment securely and collects any applicable sales tax or VAT at checkout. We do not receive or store your full payment-card details. Prices are listed in US dollars.

Delivery

Access is delivered digitally to the email address you provide at checkout, typically within a few minutes of purchase. If you don't receive it, check your spam folder and then contact us at contact@throughlineframework.co and we'll make it right.

Refunds

Because Throughline is a digital product delivered instantly and can't be returned, all sales are final and we don't offer refunds for change of mind. Please review the preview on our site before you buy. If there's a genuine problem with your purchase — for example you didn't receive your download or a link doesn't work — email contact@throughlineframework.co and we'll put it right. Nothing in this policy limits any rights you may have under applicable consumer-protection law.

License & permitted use

Your purchase grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Product for your own career development. You may not:

• resell, sublicense, or redistribute the files or templates;
• share your copy or download link publicly, or with people who haven't purchased;
• reproduce the Product's content for commercial purposes or to create a competing product.

Using the framework personally — including within your own workplace — is exactly what it's for and is fully permitted.

Intellectual property

All content, design, and materials in the Product are owned by us and protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Your purchase grants the license above and does not transfer ownership.

No guarantee of results

Throughline provides general guidance and tools to help you plan and document your career. It is not professional career, legal, financial, or employment advice, and we make no guarantee of any specific outcome — including promotion, pay increase, or job change. Your results depend on your own circumstances and effort.

Independence

Throughline is an independent product. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or connected to any current or former employer of the author, and contains no confidential or proprietary information belonging to any employer. All guidance is based on the author's own experience and publicly available information.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability arising from the Product is limited to the amount you paid for it, and we are not liable for any indirect or consequential damages.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The “last updated” date above reflects the current version. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
